PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Welcome to LitLadder: Journey to Reading Success!
Our online literacy program is designed to empower children (grades K-5) in black and minority communities to read with confidence and develop the essential reading skills they need succeed academically and beyond. We’re putting the fun back in learning for struggling readers and creating an enjoyable environment for all. Through our interactive and engaging curriculum, we provide a step-by-step journey for children to climb the ladder of literacy success.

FREE TUTORING
For qualified families, we proudly offer free tutoring services. We believe that every child should have access to quality education, regardless of their financial circumstances.
To apply for free tutoring, simply complete our evaluation process and join our waiting list. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Literacy Coordinator
Joy Voltaire is a certified Special Education Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the classroom, public and charter school systems. She is the founder of Trendy Educational Services LLC, a company created to empower black families and minority communities with the knowledge, tools, and resources to achieve financial success, bridge the racial wealth gap, and build generational wealth. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and is currently enrolled in the Nationally Certified Financial Education Instructor Training Program (CFEI). In 2013, She graduated from LAEDA Entrepreneurial Development Training Program in Camden City, NJ.
